Fluffy Vegan Pancakes

Enjoy a stack of two fluffy pancakes accompanied by your choice of tempeh bacon, plant-based sausage patty, or maple sausage links. Served with plant-based scrambled eggs, dusted with powdered sugar, and drizzled with rich pancake syrup. Complemented by a refreshing cup of seasonal fruit.

Belgian Waffle (Gluten-Free)

A golden, crisp Belgian waffle served with a selection of tempeh bacon, plant-based sausage patty, or maple sausage links. Accompanied by plant-based scrambled eggs, creamy vegan butter, and sweet pancake syrup. Includes a cup of fresh fruit for a balanced start.

Biscuits and Gravy

A house-made biscuit smothered in your choice of rich country gravy or savory mushroom gravy, paired with plant-based scrambled eggs and seasoned breakfast potatoes. Served with a cup of fresh fruit.

Country Fried "Chiggen" Steak

 A savory plant-based “chiggen” steak, breaded and topped with creamy country gravy. Comes with plant-based scrambled eggs and house-seasoned breakfast potatoes. Includes a cup of fruit.

Lunch

Taco Salad

A crispy, deep-fried flour tortilla bowl filled with crisp iceberg lettuce, black beans, sweet roasted corn, tomatoes, red onions, and plant-based shredded cheese. Topped with chipotle ranch, avocado slices, and vegan sour cream.

TLTA Sandwich

Layered tempeh bacon, lettuce, and tomato on toasted 10-grain whole wheat bread with vegan mayo and slices of avocado. Served with your choice of fries or salad (Caesar, Fresh Berry with honey Dijon dressing, or House Salad with a dressing of your choice).

Chico Vegan Melt

Sourdough bread layered with ranch dressing, breaded plant-based “chiggen,” tempeh bacon, and creamy cheese sauce, topped with lettuce and tomato. Served with fries or a choice of salad.

Ruben Sandwich

Classic Reuben with a twist: marble rye bread filled with Thousand Island dressing, plant-based “sham,” sauerkraut, and melted provolone. Choose from fries or a side salad. 

Chiggen Pesto Sandwich

Artisan sourdough holding a generous filling of plant-based “chiggen” breast, vegan pesto, cilantro, lettuce, and tomato, dressed with plant-based mayo. Accompanied by fries or your choice of salad.
